Medical and Vocational Management Services in Rochester and Southeast Minnesota

At LHC, I focus on providing medical and vocational case management services. I am a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) licensed through the state of Minnesota. I serve as a neutral party that facilitates the employees’ return to work. The first step would be to set up a rehabilitation consultation to determine eligibility for rehab services. Medical Management

As a QRC, I attend the necessary medical appointments and communicate with the treating providers to ensure employees’ safe and effective return to work.

Coordination of Return to Work

I make sure that the treating providers understand the physical demands of the job and guarantee that the employer understands the physical abilities of their employees for a safe and effective return to work. I may also perform a job site analysis to ensure that the work matches any restrictions.

Vocational Counseling

In the event that returning to work with the date of injury employer is not possible, I will assist in identifying other vocational opportunities.
